Refund Policy

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault under normal use within the warranty period, contact us with your model number and proof of purchase.

Depending on the issue, we will repair, replace or refund the product in line with the warranty terms for that model.

Products returned for change of mind must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery costs may apply.
